ARTBAT is a powerful Ukrainian electronic music duo from Kyiv, formed by Artur Kryvenko and Vitaliy “Batish” Limarenko, known for their deep, emotional and high-energy blend of Melodic Techno and Progressive House. Their sound is defined by heavy basslines, hypnotic grooves and cinematic melodies that create an intense, immersive dancefloor experience.

The duo first crossed paths around 2014 in Kyiv’s underground club scene, where their shared vision for melodic yet driving electronic music brought them together. ARTBAT quickly started gaining attention with their distinctive productions, leading to their breakthrough track “Mandrake,” which received strong support from Richie Hawtin and pushed them into the global spotlight.

Their rise continued with releases on Solomun’s Diynamic label, cementing their position as one of the most exciting acts in the melodic techno space. Tracks like “Atlas” and “Taboo” dominated club playlists and charts, showcasing their ability to balance emotional depth with raw dancefloor power.

By 2018, ARTBAT had established themselves as a festival-ready, chart-topping duo, earning massive support from global tastemakers such as Solomun, Tale Of Us, and Richie Hawtin, and becoming synonymous with a dark, melodic, and future-forward techno sound that resonates worldwide.
